Our love for coffee runs DEEP! After many years of bliss, the highly acidic nature of the hot-brewed version was really taking its toll on our tummies. It became very hard to enjoy, and eventually led us to make the hard decision to leave our beloved coffee behind altogether! This is when we learned about the amazingness of cold-brewed coffee! This method of brewing slowly and fully infuses our organic, shade-grown, fair-trade, high-altitude arabica beans in a lovingly drawn bath of pure, volcanically filtered, chilly water for 18 hours — capturing all the rich aromas and immense depth of flavor with none of the bite.
